The employee’s Paid Summary Timesheet, release 10/21/21, includes the Paid Summary section and its corresponding details organized by the employee’s position(s).
This format will be applied to historical adjustments, as well as timesheets moving forward.
Highlights are:
- Pre-timecard approval with breakdown of hours by Position
- The ability to view by Position the total and breakdown of hours
- Breakdown hours include hours worked, holidays and exception reporting
- Easy review access for Supervisors and Timekeepers
- Viewable by all users (Employee, Supervisor, Timekeeper, Delegate)
